Hey everyone!

As mentioned in our previous update, we locked orders over the weekend and processed them this morning. The next step for us is to finalize addresses. You should get an email from Backerkit about this shortly, and you will have 48 hours to update your address if required.  

Once all addresses have been locked, we will begin shipping out orders!

Playmats have arrived!

We have some exciting news, everyone!

The playmats have arrived at our packing facility! From here, each playmat will be hand-numbered and then signed by Bryce O'Connor. Once that process is complete, we'll be ready to pack and ship!

There are a few important things to keep in mind over the next few days. Please take a few minutes to read through the list below, so you know what to expect:

• First, we will be sending out a final notice to all backers via email from Backerkit this morning. Once the email goes out, you will have 48 hours to make changes to your order.
• Second, once orders have been locked, starting on Monday, October 17th at 8 am EST, we will start processing charges for any add-ons you may have purchased. 
• Third, when your payment for add-ons has cleared (if applicable), we will send out a final notice via email from Backerkit to update your shipping address. From this point, you will have 48 hours to finalize your shipping information. 
• Finally, once addresses have been locked, we will start shipping orders. When yours gets shipped out, you will get an email with your tracking information.

We're almost there, everyone! Thanks so much for being part of this exciting opportunity. We can't wait to get these all shipped out!

Hi all!

So... when building the surveys, we realized that we completely forgot to add a question about whether or not you are a Wraithmarked Patreon supporter. Soorrrrryyyy!

We have since added that question back in, but a bunch of you made it through before we did. So if you filled out your survey in the last day or so, please take a moment to check your account on Backerkit to fill out the new question.

If you are one of those people, when you log in to Backerkit, you will be taken back to your backer survey. On the right, you will see a list of questions, including the question we added back in (shown below). Click on it to answer the question.

After clicking on it, the question will ask you if you are currently a Wraithmarked Patreon supporter. If you are, please use the box that appears to enter the email address associated with your Patreon account (shown below).

Howdy y'all! 

As many of you already know by now, surveys from Backerkit are starting to go out now! Once you fill those out, we'll have all the information we need to fulfill your backed rewards once we have them in hand sometime in November! 

For anyone who wanted extra mats or other goodies, this will be your opportunity to do so! You'll be able to buy additional mats of either kind, as well as snag Limited Edition books, Mother of Learning hardcovers, signed stuff, and a whole bunch more!

Regardless of if you grab any add-ons, though, thank you everyone for your support, and we'll be in touch soon!!

Kickstarter has let us know the pledges are in process, which means that barring further delay the surveys should be out later this week! After that, it's just a matter of getting the playmats in hand and shipping them out!

We're hoping to have everything out by December, so look forward to getting you rewards soon!!!
